Role Overview
We are hiring a Part-Time Telecaller for our Education Institute to handle student inquiries, promote courses, and support the admissions process. The candidate will interact with prospective students and parents over phone calls and provide accurate information about our programs.
Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle inbound inquiry calls related to courses and admissions
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly
- Follow up on leads and counseling appointments
- Maintain inquiry and call records
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Pleasant voice and confident speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Ability to convince and guide students politely
- Experience in education counseling or telecalling is an advantage.
