We're Hiring: Senior CCTV Engineer

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI (Relevant technical background preferred)
Experience
- 3–5 Years of hands-on experience in CCTV Installation, Repair & Maintenance

- Own Two-Wheeler
- Valid Driving License
- Willingness to travel for field assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent site surveys and prepare technical implementation plans.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP & Analog CCTV Systems.
- Deploy and support Biometric Access Control, Video Door Phones, IPBX/EPBX Intercom, and IP PA Systems.
- Design cable routes, identify power requirements, and ensure network scalability.
- Perform storage sizing, bandwidth calculations, and configure NAS & RAID (5/10) solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, Load Balancing, Port Mapping, and Subnetting.
- Assemble, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install operating systems, manage antivirus environments, and perform system maintenance.
- Supervise structured cabling, rack dressing, patch panel punching, and cable termination.
- Lead on-site teams, train junior engineers, and ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain accurate service reports and update CRM/service documentation.
