Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental and organizational targets.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
