- Production Management: Oversee daily powder coating operations to meet deadlines, including managing the 7-tank pretreatment process.
- Quality & Technical Control: Monitor coating thickness, color consistency, and curing temperatures to minimize rework and ensure QC compliance.
- Team Leadership: Allocate duties to operators/helpers, provide training on coating techniques, and manage performance.
- Equipment & Maintenance: Operate and troubleshoot spray systems and ovens, ensuring proper maintenance.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Generally 1+ years in powder coating, with 5+ years often preferred for advanced roles.
- Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production
- Skills: Knowledge of powder properties, chemical titration, MS Office, and strong leadership abilities
