Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our IT sales team by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting the company's IT products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain reports on call activities, leads, and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or technology services is preferred.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or IT sales.
- Knowledge of SaaS, software development services, cloud solutions, or IT consulting services.
- Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management.
