About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and Redis, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, development, and performance optimization.
- Implement caching and performance improvements using Redis.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, project managers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
- Experience with Redis caching and session management.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of message queues (BullMQ,RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
