Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, coordination, and backend support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Manage emails and internal communication.
Assist in billing, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks (if required).
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
Support HR or operations team with backend tasks.
Skills & Requirements:
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Basic computer proficiency.
