Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication, telecalling, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer interaction roles.
- Ability to engage with prospects, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Experience in outbound calling, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer relationship management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- IT Services / IT Training Industry
- IT Product Companies
- Technology-based Sales Environments
- B2B Sales and Lead Generation
- Corporate Customer Interaction Roles
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and other sales activities.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings/demo sessions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
