Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify and appoint new distributors to expand market presence.
- Monitor freezer utilization and ensure optimal product movement.
- Collect outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Submit daily sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.
- Conduct route audits and maintain accurate sales and distributor records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively.
- Follow the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) and maintain regular market coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in sales management within the dairy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
