We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder, helping drive priorities, streamline operations, and ensure effective execution across the business.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Founder, managing schedules, communications, projects, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar Management
- Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Prioritize competing demands and optimize the Founder's time.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of the Founder.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and employees, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Project & Task Management
- Track key business initiatives and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Follow up with department heads and team members on ongoing projects.
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management review.
Founder’s Office Support
- Conduct market, competitor, and business research as required.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, and strategic documents.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Organize company records, documents, and confidential information.
- Coordinate events, team meetings, and business travel.
- Maintain meeting minutes and track execution of decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with startup founders or senior leadership.
- Project management and coordination experience.
