- Diagnose and fix electrical problems by reading and interpreting schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams to ensure smooth equipment operation.
- Program, debug, and commission PLC and HMI systems for automated production lines.
- Maintain and manage motor control systems, including VFDs and servo systems, to control machine motion and speed.
- Handle pneumatic and hydraulic systems (valves, cylinders, piping) used in applications like clamping and pressing.
- Operate and maintain industrial robotic arms, machine vision systems, and machines such as ultrasonic, soldering, and laser marking equipment.
- Work with industrial sensors (proximity, inductive, photoelectric) and transducers; perform root cause analysis to identify failures and implement corrective actions.
- Use CAD and office software for documentation; coordinate with and train production personnel while ensuring effective communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
