Role Overview
We are seeking a charismatic, detail-oriented, and culturally attuned Sales Executive to join our elite travel consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of curating and selling bespoke travel experiences to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), with a flair for luxury, discretion, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), ensuring exceptional service delivery and personalized attention.
2. Itinerary Design: Conceptualize, design, and present bespoke travel itineraries aligned with clients’ preferences, lifestyle, and cultural interests.
3. Sales & Conversions: Convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling, storytelling, and value-based engagement.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations teams and destination experts to ensure flawless execution of customized travel plans.
5. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on luxury destinations, exclusive experiences, and premium travel products to provide clients with the best-in-class options.
6. Brand Representation: Represent the brand at luxury travel events, exhibitions, and private client gatherings to enhance visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
7. Service Excellence: Monitor client feedback proactively and drive continuous improvements in service quality and delivery.
8. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury travel or hospitality, with direct exposure to HNI clientele
- Strong understanding of global destinations, luxury accommodations, and experiential travel trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and travel booking platforms
- Multilingual communication skills (English essential; Hindi, Marathi, or other languages preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
