- Beverage Service: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, including classic cocktails and custom orders.
- Customer Engagement: Welcome guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and build rapport to ensure a memorable experience.
- Bar Maintenance: Clean bar surfaces, wash glassware, and keep the workspace organized throughout the shift.
- Inventory Control: Stock ice, glassware, mixers, and liquor, and help with inventory tracking.
- Compliance & Safety: Check IDs for legal age requirements and monitor intoxication levels, cutting off service as necessary to comply with safety laws.

Key Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a bartender, often 1-3 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of recipes, spirits, wine, and beer varieties.
- Multitasking & Stamina: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, work under pressure, and stand for long periods (often lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with team members.
