Job Responsibilities
- Handle collection activities for Consumer Loans and Business Loans
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Visit customers as required for collection and account resolution
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
- Build positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for collection activities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications
