Role Summary:
Drive new business by finding leads, managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and growing client relationships to meet revenue targets.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Business Development Executive
- Generate new business opportunities and client leads.
- Promote financial products and services to customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and business presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Develop business growth and sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate the business development team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate business deals and close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of clients and business activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree (B.com, BBA, Marketing ,Finance, or related field). 1–2 years in B2B sales/B2C sales/business development.
Ability to work in a Target – driven environment.
Proven sales track record, full sales-cycle experience.
Sales experience and strong communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
