Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team. The role involves delivering high-quality technical training, developing course content, and coordinating with students and industry clients to support their learning and development needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on CAD and mechanical design software
- Develop and update course curriculum, schedules, and training materials
- Promote and support learning programs and marketing initiatives
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic issues for students and clients
- Coordinate with clients to understand training requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Act as a liaison between the organization and industry partners
- Design and implement customized training programs for corporate clients
Required Qualifications
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Proficiency in at least 3 of the following tools:
- AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Solid Edge, Unigraphics, Hypermesh, MS Project
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Profile
- Passion for teaching/training
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple courses and schedules
- Industry exposure or training experience is a plus
Counseling & Admission Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training benefits
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and batch schedules clearly
- Maintain student database and admission records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
