Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 12–15 years of relevant Sales experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual sales budgets and execute monthly sales plans
- Train and supervise marketing staff
- Conduct market visits and maintain customer relationships
- Develop new business and retain existing customers
- Conduct market surveys and promotional campaigns
- Handle customer issues and monitor credit recovery
- Prepare marketing reports and implement approved advertising schemes
