Provis Technologies is hiring an Upwork Bidder – IT Services for a Full-time remote role.
The role involves finding relevant IT projects on Upwork and similar platforms, writing customized proposals, researching client requirements, and managing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and shortlist relevant IT projects on Upwork
- Write and submit customized proposals
- Review client requirements and match them with company services
- Research client profiles, businesses, and project needs
- Follow up with prospects through Upwork, email, or LinkedIn
- Maintain proposal records and lead status sheets
- Coordinate with the internal team for scope and pricing inputs
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for proposal drafting and research
Requirements
- Experience in Upwork bidding, online bidding, lead generation, or IT sales preferred
- Good written English communication
- Basic understanding of websites, web apps, SaaS, eCommerce, automation, AI solutions, and cloud services
- Ability to write clear and customized proposals
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-focused
