Job Summary
The Product Associate will independently own and manage assigned product features and workflows for Duruper.com. This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional who can translate business needs into clear, actionable product specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position offers strong growth potential toward a full Product Manager role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned product features or functional areas end-to-end
- Analyze business problems and convert them into clear product requirements
- Create, maintain, and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Define detailed user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Write user stories, tasks, and subtasks with clear definitions of done
- Manage and track work items using Jira
- Maintain structured product documentation in Notion (PRDs, specs, decisions)
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
- Coordinate requirement discussions and clarifications during development
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered features
- Capture user feedback and operational inputs to propose product improvements
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product, or Business Analyst roles
- Proven experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
- Hands-on experience with Jira for task and issue tracking
- Strong documentation skills using Notion or Confluence
- Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Ability to work independently on defined problem statements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking approach
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
