Restaurant Captain
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues politely.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Experience as Senior Steward or Captain preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Guest handling and complaint resolution skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
- POS and billing system knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
