As an Instructor cum Design Engineer, you will receive structured training, work on live engineering projects, and develop expertise in industry-standard structural design and BIM software.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn and deliver training on civil engineering software.
- Assist in structural analysis and design for RCC and Steel structures.
- Work on real-time residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare structural models, design calculations, drawings, and reports.
- Develop BIM models and construction documentation.
- Guide students during practical sessions, assignments, and projects.
- Prepare technical presentations and training materials.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of design codes and software tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- M.E / M.Tech in Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related specialization
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience
- Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Design fundamentals
- Basic understanding of IS Codes and structural engineering concepts
- Passion for technical training and engineering design
- Good communication and presentation skills
