Role Overview
We are seeking a smart and confident Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role includes reception management, communication handling, administrative support, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Relations
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors warmly
- Manage visitor logs, ID verification & visitor movement
- Direct guests to appropriate meeting rooms/departments
- Maintain a neat and presentable reception area
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming calls/emails and route appropriately
- Maintain courier and dispatch records
- Coordinate with internal staff for smooth visitor handling
Administrative Support
- Maintain office stationery and supply inventory
- Manage meeting room bookings and follow-up reminders
- Assist HR/Admin in basic documentation and filing
- Support facility, housekeeping & security coordination
Data & Record Maintenance
- Manage daily attendance/in-out register if required
- Maintain internal reports and update records regularly
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com preferred)
- 1–2 years of front desk/customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Emails & Phone Etiquette
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented behavior
- Ability to multitask & prioritize effectively
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
