ob Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver practical and training on industrial automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Industrial Communication Networks, and hands-on experience in automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training on Industrial Automation technologies.
- Conduct training on PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo Systems, and Industrial Networks.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, lab manuals, and practical assignments.
- Design and execute hands-on laboratory sessions and live demonstrations.
- Evaluate trainees through assignments, practical tests, and assessments.
- Guide students on industrial projects and real-time automation applications.
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for training schedules and laboratory requirements.
- Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and technical guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- HMI Development
- SCADA Development (FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware or similar)
- VFD and Servo Drive configuration
- Industrial Communication Protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/RTU, DeviceNet, Profibus, OPC UA)
- Control Panel basics and Electrical Drawings
- Industrial Sensors and Instrumentation
- Excellent presentation, communication, and teaching skills
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Training, Commissioning, or System Integration.
- Prior training experience will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation projects.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students and working professionals.
Salary
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
