Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Directors / Senior Sales Directors based in Bangalore to drive enterprise sales growth in telecom solutions, manage key accounts, and close high-value strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth within assigned accounts/region
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale telecom solution opportunities
- Build strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution positioning and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Mandatory Criteria
- Strong experience in Telecom domain (BSS/OSS)
- Expertise in OCS/CCS, Policy & Charging solutions
- Knowledge of Roaming Solutions, Messaging Suite, and VAS platforms
- Proven hunter mindset with strong enterprise deal closure experience
- Must be currently based in Bangalore (local candidates only)
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling enterprise telecom customers
- Ability to work in high-performance, target-driven environments
Experience:
- Telecom expertise: 5 years (Preferred)
