Field Sales Manager
Position Overview
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of premium Stoles by building relationships with corporates, retail outlets, distribution partners, and institutions. The role requires proactive market engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Sales: Pitch stoles as corporate gifting solutions, employee recognition items, and event merchandise.
- Retail Engagement: Expand presence in fashion boutiques, lifestyle stores, and ethnic wear outlets.
- Distribution Channel Development: Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and regional partners.
- Institutional Sales: Target schools, colleges, NGOs, and religious institutions for bulk orders.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with buyers, ensure repeat business, and handle after-sales service.
- Market Research: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Sales Reporting: Submit weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in textiles, fashion, Hospitality, or gifting).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and meet clients face-to-face.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Passion for Indian cultural products and brand storytelling.
Performance Metrics
- Monthly sales targets achieved.
- Number of new accounts opened (corporates, retail, institutions).
- Repeat orders and client retention rate.
- Expansion of distribution network.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
