Key Responsibility:
· Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
· Coordinate models across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to detect and resolve clashes.
· Generate drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models for project documentation.
· Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet design standards and project requirements.
· Support design reviews, clash detection, and construction planning using BIM tools.
· Ensure compliance with BIM standards, templates, and company protocols.
· Maintain version control and documentation for all BIM models and related files.
Skill & Responsibility:
· Experience with 3D scanning, point cloud data, or parametric modeling.
· Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM for scheduling and cost estimation.
· Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes.
· Good understanding of construction techniques, materials, and project workflows.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
