Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development and enjoy speaking with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a 100% Work From Home opportunity. We are currently giving preference to candidates based in Kolkata for operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and job seekers from assigned leads.
- Understand candidates' career goals and guide them about our career readiness programs.
- Explain our services effectively and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve daily calling targets and weekly/monthly sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates over phone calls.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Experience in EdTech or Training industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi or Bengali preferred).
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and achieving sales targets.
Must have a laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet work-from-home setup.
