Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and drive prescription generation within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase product awareness and prescriptions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, chemist visits, and hospital coverage as per company norms.
- Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and pharmacies.
- Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales reports on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and territory activities.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical promotion practices, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
