Identify new suppliers for raw materials, components and services
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
Evaluate supplier capability, capacity and quality standards
Negotiate pricing, payments terms and delivery schedule
Cost reduction
Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material requirments
Support new product development sourcing activities
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
