We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle patient enquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and lead conversions for aesthetic, skin, hair, and dental treatments. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients over calls and WhatsApp.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally
- Explain clinic treatments, offers, and consultation details
- Convert enquiries into appointments and walk-ins
- Follow up with leads from Meta ads, Instagram, website, and WhatsApp
- Maintain daily call records and patient database
- Coordinate with doctors and front office team for appointments
- Send reminders and follow-up messages to patients
- Ensure proper patient relationship management and customer satisfaction
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
