Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales General Manager to lead and scale our sales operations. The role involves driving revenue, building and managing the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual sales targets
- Build, manage, and lead the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor performance and improve productivity
- Create and enforce sales processes and SOPs
- Work closely with management on growth plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales (retail/apparel preferred)
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and execution skills
Salary
₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000 + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹1.55L+)
Pay: From ₹27,500.00 per month
