Position: Sr. Admission Counselor- Senior Level
Roles and responsibilities:
- Generate and Convince parents through calling.
- Manage, track and follow up on leads by calling them.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Track all appointments, reports, etc. thoroughly for manager's review.
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
- Identify and resolve parent & student concerns; recommend a suitable solution
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduation
Experience : 2-3Years (Min.)
Skills: Communication (Odia, Hindi, English)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: 15,000-18,000 (Depending on knowledge and experience)
