Claude Code & AI Development Skills
We are looking for developers who can effectively use Claude Code as part of their daily development workflow.
Required
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code for software development.
- Ability to generate production-ready code with well-crafted prompts.
- Experience debugging and fixing complex issues using Claude Code.
- Refactoring and optimizing existing codebases with AI assistance.
- Creating reusable components, APIs, and utilities using Claude Code.
- Writing unit tests and improving code coverage with AI assistance.
- Generating technical documentation and code comments using Claude Code.
- Understanding AI-generated code limitations and validating output before deployment.
- Ability to use Claude Code while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
Preferred
- Experience building full-stack applications using AI-assisted development.
- Creating and maintaining prompt templates for repetitive development tasks.
- Using Claude Code for project planning, architecture discussions, and feature implementation.
- Experience generating database schemas, API documentation, and migration scripts.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrating external tools with Claude Code.
- Experience using Claude Code with Git workflows (commit generation, PR reviews, merge conflict resolution).
- Knowledge of Context Engineering to provide better project context for AI-assisted coding.
- Experience with AI-powered code reviews and security analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted test case generation and debugging.
- Ability to use Claude Code for performance optimization and code quality improvements.
- Experience working with large codebases using Claude Code's context management features.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software architecture, system design, and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
