Job Overview
We are looking for a talented AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing AI chatbots, AI calling systems, and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
You will work on integrating LLMs, conversational AI, speech technologies, and automation systems to build scalable AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs
- Build and deploy AI Chatbots for customer support, automation, and lead generation
- Develop AI Calling / Voice Bot systems using speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications for intelligent automation
- Develop AI-driven workflows and automation tools
- Create REST APIs to connect AI services with web and mobile applications
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models when required
- Implement prompt engineering and AI response optimization
- Integrate third-party AI platforms and services
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in same field
- Strong experience in Python programming
- Experience building AI Chatbots or Conversational AI systems
- Experience with AI Calling / Voice Bot systems
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LLM APIs, or similar AI platforms
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend integration
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search
- Experience with Git version control
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
- Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies
- Experience with AI workflow automation tools
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
- Experience deploying AI systems on AWS or cloud platforms
- Experience with Redis caching or queue systems
