Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Real Estate Companies ONLY)
- Develop cost-effective hiring sources, including referrals and networking.
- Source, interview, and select candidates for various positions.
- Manage job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Prepare and release job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screening and assessments to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding processes, including documentation and offer discussions.
- Update recruitment dashboards and generate reports for tracking progress.
- Prepare and communicate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and appointment letters.
- Explore and source new hiring channels, such as military staff and industry referrals.
- Ensure vacancy closure for all levels within the approved turnaround time (TAT).
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Induction & Orientations:
- Maintain the Employee Handbook.
- Support the induction process and conduct orientations.
- Gather feedback and complete departmental handovers.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
