Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring timely completion, quality control, cost control, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute work as per GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
- Plan schedules and monitor work progress
- Ensure quality, safety, and cost control on site
- Manage subcontractors and arrange work fronts in advance
- Plan material requirements and raise material indents
- Prepare contractors’ weekly bills based on work done
- Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on time
- Coordinate with Jr/Sr Site Engineers, Storekeepers, and office team
- Resolve site and neighborhood issues
- Perform any construction-related tasks assigned by Management
