About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Lead with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Automation Testing using AccelQ. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading QA initiatives, designing automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end automation testing activities for Salesforce applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using AccelQ.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ business processes.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation test cases.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, defect triage, and release activities.
- Ensure software quality through effective automation strategies and best practices.
- Identify defects, track issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Review test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts to maintain testing standards.
- Mentor QA team members and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Testing.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce CPQ Testing, including:
- Pricing
- Quote Management
- Product Bundling
- CPQ Business Processes
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AccelQ Automation Testing.
- Experience in Automation Framework Design and Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience with Salesforce workflows, validations, and business processes.
- Excellent defect management and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud, or CPQ)
- API Testing
- SQL and Database Validation
- CI/CD integration for automated testing
- Test Management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience with Salesforce releases and deployment validation
