We are seeking a proactive, trustworthy, and dynamic Office Assistant to support the CEO and oversee daily administrative operations at our veterinary hospital.
In this role, you will act as a key assistant to the CEO, handling high-priority administrative tasks, liaising with local government bodies, managing field errands, and assisting with pet services when needed.

Key Responsibilities :
Executive & Management Support
- Act as the primary administrative support to the management, handling scheduling, calendar management, and priority follow-ups.
- Prepare daily reports, coordinate communication, and assist in executive task execution.
Fieldwork & Government Liaising
- Handle local government paperwork, permits, license renewals, and municipal authority visits on behalf of the hospital.
- Coordinate and execute external errands, documentation pickup/delivery, and administrative site visits.
Pet Transport & Logistics
- Safely operate hospital vehicles (or designated transport) for pet pick-up and drop-off services on a need basis.
- Assist in safely loading, unloading, and transferring animals between pet parents and the medical facility.
Daily Office Operations
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Assist in cross-departmental coordination, inventory checks, and basic office record-keeping.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and handle emergency errands or tasks as they arise.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: Graduation / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Driving Credentials: Must hold a valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record and confident driving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam
- Animal Comfort: Must have a strong affinity and love for animals, with comfortable, safe handling of dogs and cats.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
