Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, QSR, or hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Background:
Restaurant Steward, Waiter, Food Service Associate, Service Crew, Guest Service Associate, F&B Service Associate, Café Staff, Hospitality Associate.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: From ₹19,000.00 per month
