About the Role
Marina Infotech is looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle day-to-day social media activities - from content planning and creative design to posting, engagement and basic performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts
- Create and maintain a monthly Social Media Content Calendar
- Create social media posts, promotional creatives and stories using Canva
- Create/edit short-form videos and Reels
- Write engaging captions and basic marketing copy
- Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords and content ideas
- Schedule and publish posts regularly
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities
- Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement, followers and enquiries
- Assist in generating leads through social media
- Coordinate with the website/SEO team for campaigns and promotions
- Maintain consistency in branding, design and communication
Skills We Are Looking For
Must Have:
- Good knowledge of Facebook & Instagram
- Practical knowledge of Canva
- Good Bengali/Hindi communication
- Basic English writing ability
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas
- Basic knowledge of Reels/video editing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good to Have:
- Meta Business Suite
- Basic Meta Ads knowledge
- Basic SEO/keyword research
- WordPress knowledge
- Photoshop
- CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Previous experience managing a business/brand's social media account
Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a portfolio, previous social media work, personal content page, internship experience or sample creatives will be preferred.
We are more interested in practical skills and creativity than certificates.
