Role Overview
We are looking for a sincere, well-presented, and organised candidate to join our Mumbai office as an Executive Assistant & Front Office Coordinator. This is a front-facing, multitasking role suited to someone who is reliable, communicative, and takes ownership of day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Communication
- Manage the reception desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and route them appropriately
- Maintain a welcoming and organised front office environment
Logistics & Courier Management
- Coordinate daily mailing, dispatches, and courier pickups and deliveries
- Maintain records of outgoing and incoming shipments
- Liaise with courier partners and track consignments as required
Administrative & MD Support
- Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation as directed
- Support general office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workspace

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
