We are expanding our outbound lead generation team and looking for highly motivated professionals who understand cold email outreach and know how to generate business opportunities at scale.

Role Overview
As a Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified business leads from the US market through large-scale cold email campaigns.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building contact databases, managing multiple email accounts, executing outreach campaigns, and generating sales opportunities for our business development team.
Candidates who already have experience managing their own email databases and outreach infrastructure will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospect Research
- Identify potential businesses and decision-makers across the United States.
- Research companies from publicly available sources.
- Extract targeted business data from online platforms and directories.
- Build and maintain prospect databases across multiple industries.
- Continuously expand and improve lead databases.
Cold Email Outreach
- Execute high-volume cold email outreach campaigns.
- Manage multiple email accounts for outreach activities.
- Send personalized and bulk email campaigns to targeted prospects.
- Follow up with prospects through structured email sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Generate qualified inquiries, appointments, and business opportunities.
Database Management
- Maintain clean and organized prospect databases.
- Track email activity, responses, and campaign results.
- Ensure data accuracy and campaign efficiency.
- Continuously update and expand outreach lists.
Performance & Growth
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Consistently improve outreach performance.
- Test new outreach approaches and targeting strategies.
- Contribute ideas that help increase lead generation and conversion rates.
