Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Delhi office. The role is central to ensuring that our packing and dispatch function runs smoothly, that store sales are accurately tracked across locations, and that the office is consistently well-stocked with everything the team needs to operate without disruption. The ideal candidate is process-driven, takes ownership, and brings a sharp eye to documentation and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Packing & Dispatch Operations
- Oversee and manage the packing team, including allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring discipline on the floor.
- Supervise every phase of the packing process — from order receipt and product verification through to final sealing and labelling.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal packaging standards, presentation guidelines, and product handling rules at every stage.
- Verify that each shipment is packed and dispatched exactly in line with the order specifications, with zero tolerance for errors or substitutions.
Shipment Documentation & Tracking
- Prepare, maintain, and update all documentation associated with packing and outbound shipments, including packing lists, dispatch registers, courier paperwork, and invoices.
- Track every shipment from dispatch to delivery, proactively follow up with logistics partners, and intervene early if a delivery risks delay.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and easily auditable record of all shipments leaving the office.
Store Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor daily sales across all our stores and ensure tracking sheets and operational dashboards are updated accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with store staff to collect sales data, stock movement, and other operational inputs needed for management review.
- Flag discrepancies, unusual patterns, or stock concerns to management without delay.
Inventory & Supplies Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all packaging material, office supplies, and consumables.
- Track consumption patterns and place purchase orders well in advance to ensure there are no stock-outs.
- Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and consistent quality of supplies.
General Office Administration
- Maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the business grows and needs evolve.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
