Job Title: Senior Scrum Master - Program Delivery
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and assertive Scrum Master to lead delivery for a critical engagement. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively drive execution, influence cross-functional teams (including client stakeholders), and ensure timely program delivery while maintaining high standards of governance and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams to ensure efficient and predictable delivery.
- Act as a strong facilitator and leader, capable of commanding cross-functional teams, including internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Proactively challenge the status quo, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to accelerate delivery.
- Own end-to-end program execution and ensure adherence to timelines in a time-bound, high-pressure environment.
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
- Promote collaboration between distributed teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure strong governance through structured ceremonies, reporting, and communication.
- Provide clear, concise, and executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Engage with customer leadership and senior stakeholders to provide updates and drive decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Agile delivery, with at least 3-5 years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience handling large, complex, enterprise programs.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in client-facing roles, preferably with global clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with leadership audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.
- Experience working in high-criticality or transformation programs is a plus.
- Experience in Testing and DevOps is considered a strong plus.
