Responsibilities
The B2B Custom Recruiting team is responsible for identifying contacts for and conducting qualitative research interviews with high-level B2B respondents in hard to target positions and industries. Primary responsibilities include:
- Deliver high quality B2B interview recruits meeting specified target criteria including company name, company size, company revenue, title, product/industry knowledge specialization, etc.
- Develop and Improve processes for finding and tracking target audiences via online sources including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), Trade and Special Interest organizations, and other desk research methods.
- Inform selection of email, phone, text, and social media tools for contact list generation and contact management.
