Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Supervise site execution and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and maintain project documentation.
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material deliveries.
- Provide regular project updates and coordinate project handovers.
Experience: 1–3 Years
Required Skills
- Strong project management and site execution skills.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management.
- Knowledge of interior fit-outs, construction materials, and project costing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or commercial interior projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Probation (45 Days): ₹27,000
- Commitment Period: 2 Years
- Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
