We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from planning through completion. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Supervise site activities and ensure work progresses according to project timelines. Monitor project costs, quality, and safety compliance. Identify and resolve project issues and risks. Prepare progress reports and attend client and site meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies and local construction regulations. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
