Responsibilities
Release Management
Manage release activities across up to 5 projects in parallel
Release Planning
Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, dependencies, and environment availability
Release Coordination
Coordinate releases across multiple teams, projects, and suppliers
Stakeholder Management
Lead release meetings, resolve blockers, and manage delivery risks
Traceability Management
Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing to deployment
Environment Coordination
Coordinate deployments across SIT, UAT, and other project environments
Release Monitoring
Monitor release KPIs and prepare status, risk, and milestone reporting
Readiness Management
Support release readiness assessments and capture lessons learned
Requirements
Release Management
Proven experience as a Release Manager in complex transformation projects
IT Project Delivery
8+ years of experience in IT project delivery within complex organisations
Multi-Project Releases
Experience managing multi-project release trains across SIT and UAT cycles
SDLC Knowledge
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Release Tools
Experience with release and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Banking Knowledge
Good understanding of banking, private banking environments, and financial products
Stakeholder Management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across teams
Organisation & Delivery
Pragmatic, solution-oriented, highly organised, and fluent in English
