- Execute Tests: Run manual tests and build automated test scripts to check functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Track Bugs: Find, document, and report software bugs using tracking tools, then retest fixed items.
- Collaborate: Work closely with software developers and product managers to resolve technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), testing types (functional, regression, performance), and basic programming or scripting.
- Tools: Experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, Postman, or Jira.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
