Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to client’s pay calendar/pay schedule
- Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
- Maintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
